Shudhttam operates through a simple WhatsApp-based ordering system. Here's how it works:
We currently deliver within Jalandhar city limits. Punjab-wide delivery is coming soon. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your location, please WhatsApp us before ordering.
Orders placed before 2 PM are typically delivered the same day (subject to availability). Orders after 2 PM are delivered the next day. We prepare everything fresh, so we appreciate your patience.
Delivery charges vary based on your location within Jalandhar. The exact amount will be confirmed on WhatsApp before you make payment. Orders above ₹500 may qualify for free delivery — ask us on WhatsApp!
We accept payments via UPI and bank transfer. Payment details will be shared on WhatsApp once your order is confirmed. All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (₹).
Payment is required before your order is prepared and dispatched. This helps us ensure every order is genuine and prevents wastage.
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, or before we confirm that preparation has begun — whichever is earlier. To cancel, simply message us on WhatsApp. If payment has already been made, we'll initiate a full refund within 24 hours.
As our products are fresh, perishable food items, we generally do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us.
If you receive a damaged product, or if there's any issue with the quality or freshness, please WhatsApp us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll review each case individually and offer a replacement, credit, or refund as appropriate.
Our products are made in a facility that also processes nuts, including cashews. While we maintain strict hygiene protocols, cross-contamination is possible.
